BSH Hausgeräte GmbH hired Schmidhuber Brand Experience GmbH to design and remodel the new BSH in Zurich and Bern. expomobilia was brought in as a partner for interior design. The goal was to create a unique customer shopping experience and attractively present the BSH brand.
The resulting concept leads visitors through various experiential worlds and uses innovative approaches to showcase products. expomobilia brought this concept to life, implementing it seamlessly. The result is two impressive stores that are not only functional but also offer an outstanding brand experience.
BSH Hausgeräte GmbH opened its first Swiss direct-to-consumer (D2C) store in Zurich – centrally located at the Paradeplatz. The store uses its 290m² footprint to present BSH’s entire product portfolio, including brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, and Neff. The store features a variety of interactive elements and technologies, offering customers a wealth of opportunities to seek information and make purchases. The goal was to create a modern, welcoming atmosphere. The BSH store in Zurich is an key step for the company to promote sales directly to its end customers.
For the expansion of their new showroom in Bern, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH pulled in the services of expomobilia as a general contractor. The project involved interior construction on two floors and creating a showroom to showcase domestic appliances. The store presents the company’s complete product portfolio, including BOSCH, Siemens, Gaggenau, and Home Connect. One of the showroom’s distinctive features is the “inspirational workshops.” These workshops present innovative solutions for kitchens and homes, offering customers a one-of-a-kind experience. For the workshops, expomobilia relied on a combination of creative design and cutting-edge technology. The result is an inspiring space that uniquely presents BSH’s brand world. Moreover, functionality and ergonomics were prioritized in the showroom’s design, providing customers with an attractive shopping experience.
