From custom pieces to last-minute projects, we offer carpentry work that combines wood with plexiglass or steel. Thanks to our CNC machine, we manufacture highly precise, material-efficient, and efficient single pieces as well as three-dimensional surfaces from wood, plexiglass, Alucobond, and foam boards up to a size of 2x3 meters.
We craft custom-made furniture to your specifications: cabinets, tables, benches, dressers, shelves, wardrobes, and much more. In our carpentry shop in Effretikon, we primarily work with chipboard and primed, coated, or veneered MDF panels. If you desire lacquer, stain, or a specific color, the furniture goes directly to our in-house painting shop. You can pick up your pieces from our workshop, or we can deliver and assemble them for you.
In the spirit of sustainability, our carpenters are happy to repair or refresh your old furniture. Have you moved and your furniture no longer fits in your new space? We are glad to help you adjust it accordingly.
Our in-house CNC machine cuts, mills, and drills pieces up to four by two meters in size. This process is completely computer-controlled and accurate to the millimeter. We use it to cut large furniture components, such as entire wall units. This method is especially effective for creating attractive round and curved shapes.
We mill your logo, text, and any other motifs onto wooden panels. These can then be further processed into the furniture piece or branding of your choice. You can choose whether to leave the wood natural or have it painted or lacquered.
Our painters design, refine, and renovate a wide variety of products in various materials. Depending on the need, they use spraying or brushing techniques. Our painting team is also happy to assist with renovation work. Additionally, our professional painters are skilled in a range of specialized spray techniques, giving your project a unique touch.
Enhance a piece of furniture, apply your company colors, or change the color of a metallic object? Such smooth and homogeneous surfaces are best achieved with spray painting. This guarantees perfect surfaces. In our paint shop in Effretikon, we spray high gloss, satin or matte finishes. The results are flawless surfaces.
Want to glaze a wooden piece of furniture? Glazing is a transparent wood stain that changes the color of the wood while maintaining its structure and grain. Additionally, the glaze penetrates the wood, protecting the material from within. Glaze is water vapor permeable. In contrast, lacquer forms a solid film on the wood surface and covers the underlying material. We are happy to advise you.
Does your project need a new coat of paint? Or are you simply looking to add more color to your spaces? We undertake various interior painting tasks, painting individual rooms, areas, or even your entire company premises. Our experienced master painter is happy to advise you on color selection. We calculate the price based on linear meters and individual factors such as the number of door frames and casings. We are also happy to visit you on-site.
